Absolutely! You can reach us at 866-231-8300, ext. 701 (or Option 1). One of our friendly Sales agents will return your call within 24 hours.

I have a product question. How do I reach Customer Service?
In order for us to continue to provide all of our customers with exceptional customer service, we ask that you make your inquiries via our Live Support Chat Feature for immediate assistance. What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover. Still not comfortable using your card on a new site? Try our Google Checkout option. It's very similar to PayPal, and just as user friendly. International card holders may complete their orders via iShopUSA.

What is your security policy?
Our website is protected by a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts your data before it is transmitted over the net. Your credit card numbers are shielded using a similar data encryption process.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
Sales tax is charged to New York residents. These policies are subject to change.

How quickly do you ship?
Orders that are placed Monday thru Friday before 1 pm (EST) will be processed same day, except on holidays. Orders are usually shipped within 24 - 72 hours pending product availability and credit card account validation. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Where do you ship?
All over the U.S. and nearly everywhere abroad! International shipments are handled by our affiliate partner iShopUSA, who ships to more than 200 countries globally. Sorry, no P.O. boxes.

What is the cost of shipping an order?
All shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Our flat rate shipping is restricted to ground orders shipped to locations within the continental United States only. Please note that this is subject to change depending on carrier rates.

What shipping service do you use?
We offer Ground, 2nd day and overnight shipping options via Fed Ex on all U.S. domestic orders. Please consider processing time when choosing your shipping option. All International Orders are fulfilled via our affiliate partner iShopUSA. For assistance regarding international orders please call iShopUSA at 310-320-1221.

Do you accept Returns and Exchanges?
Of course! We at BLCo pride ourselves on providing high quality merchandise for all of our customers. However, if for some reason you find yourself dissatisfied with your order, you may return it. Please review our Returns and Exchange Policy Below.

How long do you allow for returns?
We accept returns within 10 days of the ship date.

What can I return?
We will accept returns on pretty much any item, EXCEPT panties, hosiery, and accessories. Clearance items and all Final Sale items are non-returnable. We encourage you to follow our return procedures. BLC limits its liability on any returned items solely arranged by the customer that have been damaged or lost in the mail. How do I return my items?
If you wish to return your items, please use our online CONTACT FORM We will need the following to review your return request:

Your order number
The date of purchase
A description what you are retuning
The reason for your return

Upon approval of your claim (usually within 24 to 72 hours), we will email you a postage paid return label shortly thereafter. Please allow up to 14 business days upon receipt of your item for your refund to be processed. Note that you will be refunded for the approved return items only (in accordance with the Returns/Exchange Policy of course). All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Ok smarty, How do I exchange an item?
Please note, as with returns, we only accept exchanges of items that are in absolutely immaculate condition. Please note, that as with returns, Panties, Hosiery and Accessories are non-exchangeable. Clearance and all Final Sale Items are also non-exchangeable. If you are interested in exchanging an item, please note that (with the exception of the prepaid return label provided for you to return your items to our warehouse) the customer is responsible to cover any and all shipping charges associated with an order. This includes exchange orders. However, if we made a mistake and shipped you the wrong item, we will plead your forgiveness and reship your item at no cost you. Please note that The Burlesque Lingerie Company bears no liability for items lost in the mail.

What if I wish to exchange my item for an item of higher value?
Note that exchanges are only permitted for items of equal or higher value. If you wish to exchange your item for an item of a higher value, we must obtain the cardholders authorization before an additional charge can be made for the difference. Of course, you may also pay this difference by using your own credit card. You may exercise this option by downloading the online ORDER FORM. Fill it out with the necessary information and fax it us at 866-768-1820. You may also email the contact form as an attachment if you'd prefer to returns@burlesquelingeriecompany.com.

Can I return/exchange a gift item?
We will accept exchanges/refunds on most items purchased at www.BurlesqueLingerieCompany.com, including gifts. Gift items are also subject to the refund/exchange policy. In the case of of a gift refund, only the purchaser will be notified of a credit to their credit card. A refund can only be issued to the the card used to purchase the goods, and its original cardholder. We do not offer a store credit policy at this time.

Why can't I see the Preferred Shopper rate?
Preferred Shoppers rates are only viewable by those who have joined our Preferred Shoppers program. You can participate by joining our mailing list.

I joined the Preferred Shopper Program, but I still can't see the rates. What gives?
1. If you're already logged in: It usually takes 24 hours for us to set up your Preferred Shopper privileges. We will email you once your account is active.

If you signed up via new Customer Registration, NOT the Join Our Mailing List link or box above: When you registered for an account with us, did you check off the "I wish to receive occasional newsletter emails from The Burlesque Lingerie Company" box? If not, you will not be able to see the Preferred Shopper's rates. Please click here to join our Mailing List. Be sure to select "Preferred Shoppers Mailing List" where prompted. We will email you once your account is active.
